Should I Sign Up Early?
Many attractions want confirmations and payments 30-60 days prior to a tour. So your early registration both guarantees you a seat on the tour and helps with the reservation process with these vendors! Sign up early, please!
How can I book a sold out tour?
There are limited tickets/seats available on all tours. If you want to take a tour that is sold out, call us at (937) 428-7459 to get on the waiting list. If a seat opens up, we make them available to people in the order they got on the waiting list.
Can I buy travel insurance?
Yes! Travel insurance is available for all Bee On the Go Travel tours through Travelex. Visit their website or call 1-800-228-9792. You are welcome to take out insurance on any tour in case of illness or emergency.
Do you allow smoking or alcohol on tours?
No alcohol or smoking permitted aboard our deluxe DVD/VCR motorcoaches.
What else do I need to know?
Bee On the Go Travel, LLC reserves the right to make changes or cancel if necessary. Bee On the Go Travel, LLC assumes no liability for damages, loss, injury, accident or delay.

How do I pay for a tour?
For any of our tours, make your easy and secure reservation online using your credit card, debit card OR PayPal account.
I don’t have a PayPal account. How do I pay for my tour?
You do not have to have a PayPal account to buy online with Bee On The Go Travel. When you click to purchase the tour, on the PayPal page, click the tab that says “Check Out” to use PayPal as a guest. You can use your credit card or debit card on this screen even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Can I call you with my credit card number?
We are no longer accepting credit card payments via the phone.
I don’t have a credit card. How do I pay for my tour?
Call us at (937) 428-7459 to make your reservations and then send a check with 7 days along with your name, the tour you want to purchase, your pickup location, and the names of everyone in your party to: Bee On The Go Travel, PO Box 751902, Dayton, OH 45475.
I purchased a tour but now I can’t go. Can I get a refund?
Reservations are not refundable, but transferring your trip to another individual is fine. If we have a waiting list and can fill your spot with someone from that list, a refund may be arranged.

Can you create a custom tour for me?
Yes! We are happy to plan and host a motor coach and other types of tours. We can also plan an itinerary and provide step-on guide services. Some services require a group of 25 or more.
