Many events but the main attraction is the production of RUTH at the Ohio Star Theater. Ladies, this is your opportunity for two days of celebrating our female friends! What do we learn from the book of Ruth? The meaning of Ruth (Heb.)—“female friend; sympathetic companion; desirable; delightful; friendship; pleasing; beautiful.” And, that Jesus loves the downtrodden. He lifts those that need a helping hand.

This tour includes:
• Deluxe motorcoach transportation to Holmes County, Ohio. Sit back, relax, and leave the driving to us! Snacks, games, and fun!
• Live theater production of RUTH at the Ohio Star Theater. Great reserved seats. This play was originally produced for Sight & Sound Theater in Lancaster, PA and has been adapted for a smaller theater. Professional actors.
• Full Amish dinner buffet with all the fixings on Friday evening. A breakfast bar with hot items on Saturday morning. Other meals will be “on your own.”
• Overnight at the Berlin Grande Hotel. There is an indoor pool & hot tub, an exercise room, a lobby and a large picnic shelter outside where we can gather for games, fun and fellowship in our free time.
• A visit to Behalt – the Amish & Mennonite Heritage Center. Witness the history of the Amish, Mennonites, and Hutterites. One of four cycloramas in North America. A pioneer barn, one room schoolhouse and gift shop are also on-site.
• A narrated tour of the community with our step-on guide. Learn about Amish families, schools, churches, jobs and more.
• Free time for a little shopping and lunch (maps and lists provided). And before we head back, we will stop at Walnut Creek Cheese and Market. The great place to buy baked goods, bulk food and spices and cheese.
Pricing (each hotel room has two queen beds):
Double occupancy per person: $290
Triple occupancy per person: $270
Quad occupancy per person: $250
Single occupancy per person: $395
Deposit of $125 due when you register. Balance due June 5, 2024.
